Advise me!

I'm thinking about buying a support belly band. I've heard they can help prevent stretch marks (a little) and help with back support and all that good stuff.

They are the opposite of sexy, I know. :)

Any thoughts?

Might help.
I used lots and lots of cocoa butter and no stretch marks, but it may be genetic. My mother had four kids and no stretch marks -- but she also passed on the cocoa butter advice.

I know nothing about the support belly band. It sounds like it would be good for back pain.
My sister-in-law used cocoa butter every day with both of her kids and hasn't got a single stretch mark.

I used cocoa butter every day during my pregnancy and got plenty of stretch marks. My mom (after 11 children) has no stretch marks, and never used the coco butter. So I think it helps, but a lot of it must be genetic.
I never used the belly bands but defiantly want to try on my next round:) I've heard mixed info on if they are really helpful or not, I figure they'd be worth a try.

BTW, I am using the cocoa butter every day...and am expecting stretch marks since my mom had them. I have a few leftover just from puberty (growing hips, boobs and height very fast), and what looks like a half-inch new one from pregnancy (nothing that's bothering me!). Thanks for the input, gals.

can't hurt.
and the answer about stretch marks is that they are in your genes. not necessarily your mother's but cocoa butter doesn't do a damn thing to prevent them.
