Tomorrow I'm starting a regular work out routine and really paying attention to what I eat instead of just grabbing whatever. I'm not doing it to lose weight or to fit into some fall fashion. I'm doing it because my body is begging me to. I'll be updating here to help keep me on track. So please feel free to ask me how it is going. Tomorrow I will be waking up at 7:30 and doing the eliptical and bowflex. I'm looking forward to everything but the waking up part. :)

Good for you, Sandra. So how did it go this morning?
I got off to a slow start. I was a bit grumpy. Luckily no one was awake but me. I did 20 minutes on the elliptical and spent 40 minutes on the bowflex because I'm not really used to the setup so it took me a few minutes in between exercises to figure out what to do next. It felt great though and I'm looking forward to keeping this routine!

have you and erin started your walking yet?
I'm really having to push myself to do it, but, so far so good. I'm starting slow, will work up to a faster stride and longer walk. Hopefully, after I get back into the habit I will add in some weight lifting. Seth is walking with me and he likes me to lift with him.
Let's stick with it!!!
Erin and I didn't walk today because of the holiday. She slept in while I worked out this morning. I am hoping to make it part of our routine starting tomorrow but we'll see how it goes with the home schooling. I would like to wake up early and walk with her or go at lunch time. I'm going to try going at lunch tomorrow.
I was hoping the elliptical counted as part of the walking. :)
as long as we are up and moving - it all counts!!
