Cutting out sugar has almost become a habit now. I'm not craving it as badly as I was and I don't feel tired, other than the tired I feel from being sick. I did have Starbucks yesterday. It's the first one I've had in long time. It didn't taste quite as good as I remember. Luckily it didn't send me back into sugar mode.

I haven't been working out because I've been sick, but I'm looking forward to some time on the treadmill tomorrow.

We are resiliant creatures aren't we? I'm always surprised at how quickly we can adjust to new things just like that is the way it had always been.

I have really missed walking in the mornings since Mark broke my toe!

Yea. Sandra, Yea! I am sorry I never got to reply to your other post. This week was ridiculously busy, but I am still thinking about it and Jen's comment. I agree, that it is probably different for each person and would add that it is probably different for each person at different times in their lives. But anyway, I think this may use some of the for a rhetorical criticism class -- so thanks!

I had an awful eating day yesterday. Awful. But today will be better.

A, we are resilient and stronger than we imagine. Giving up sugar seemed an impossible task, but it's possible.

Your poor toe!!

Becky, that conversation made me think about eating in a way I never really have.
I'm glad I'm not the only one who has those bad eating days. It's good to know that one day doesn't mean everything has to shift. It's a day..we can get over it. :)

Once you make something routine, sticking to it is not hard. It's establishing the routine that's always the killer.

Poor baby toe! Ibuprofen and extra calcium to speed healing Ms A!
