30 minutes on the elliptical
Added 10 lbs to bench press for a total of 75lbs
Lateral lifts
dumbbell curls
push-ups (yeah they were girl style)
crunches
crunches with a twist

Stayed well within the calorie range!!!! :)
Wanted to eat chocolate around lunch time, but resisted the temptation until it passed.
