I've noticed a couple of things recently:
if I don't exercise for two or three days in a row I start feeling lethargic and achey.
if I over-do on the sugar or carbs (which, of course, turn into sugar) my arthritis flares up
I think all the soy protein that I eat has really helped my hair, it is longer than it has ever been
hmmmmm.......

So true, huh? When I don't exercise (especially my back exercises, like good mornings and deadlifts), my back really starts bothering me. I was thinking this morning, "If I don't want to feel lethargic and sick this weekend, I've gotta lay off the candy and Fourth of July goodies!"
I feel ya! I had a regular WCM from starbucks yeterday and felt icky all day. So not worth it!
Interesting that the sugar and carbs seem to affect your arthritis.
