Hey ladies

I've had a really good day so far. I got up for a run this morning, and I'm hoping to hit the weights tonight. I feel really proud of myself when I get up in the morning, so I had to share. I've got two "walk dates" with two different girl friends on Tuesday and Thursday night. It should be fun! We're supposed to get some CRAZY sunshine this week. Maybe up to 85 degrees on Thursday--woo-hoo!

I walk every day, yoga is M., W. F., I lift on T., Th., Sat.

I had a good weekend ... except for that half a pan of tarimasu that I ate :).
We took all the kids and went to the new Applebees last night. I ate the Italian Chicken Ceaser salad, half portion. It was very good except I forgot to tell them to put the dressing on the side. The bottom half was so soaked in dressing I couldn't eat it. yuck. I'll remember that next time.

I'm still working on the pool. The long rod on the net that I use is somewhat like rowing. My arms are definitely getting a work out!

Oh yeah, and I bet Seth arm wrestling the other night! HAH!! I am the Queen.
