A survey of sorts

Hey gals, I was just wondering...

For those of you doing the low-carb thing, how low have you gone? No more than 50 per day? No more than 100?

For those of you counting calories, what is your daily calorie goal?

I'm doing calories and I'm trying to keep them around 1500. I usually go over by 100.

blogger ate my first comment so I will try, try again (and be sure to cut & paste first)
I don't count carbs but do keep them low.
I have been counting calories but have decided this week to stop. I know how much I can eat and plan on just watching the scale. If it starts going up I will start counting again.
I try to keep my calories at between 1200 - 1400 per day, usually closer to 1400.

I cut all carbs, but fruit. I don't count anything, ever.
