Oooh, good stuff. I love sweet potatoes and pumpkin. Makes me crave fall just thinking about them. LOL
I love pumpkins and sweet potatoes too. I'm not big on any kind of pepper so it's good to know I can get those nutrients from something else. :)
Yeah, I love pumpkin if it's pumpkin pie or pumpkin bread. I'm not sure I know any thing healthy to do with pumpkin or sweet potatoes.. I like my sweet potatoes with lots of butter and honey or brown sugar and pecans...
pumpkin seeds were also on the list.
