This picture is a good reminder to me today that I'm (we're) not working just to be skinny or to have a low number on the scale, but to build muscle, be strong, not worry about the scale, and be healthy.
This is a very helpfull image! Fat is gross but more importantly this explains why my close fit better but the scale is still stuck on a higher number. Thanks Kristen!

I increased my weights from 10 to 15 pounds today. Come on muscle!
I am also going to focus on the muscle more! That is gross!!
