So, is my stomach ever going to shrink so that I don't feel like I'm starving?

and I'm wondering how much of the "hunger" I feel is mental ???

Hmmm. Well, first question would be, how much are you eating (calorie-wise)? How frequently are you eating? And are you eating enough protein and fat (things that make you feel more full)?

It could be partly mental. But if you are undereating, you can damage your metabolism, making it even harder to lose weight.

What's your calorie goal for the day? And are you drinking enough fluids (I've heard some scientists say the body sometimes mistakes hunger for thirst)?

Just one little addendum to Kristen's suggestion -- it also depends on how much you're exercising. Your body will want more food if your exercise level goes up.

What stress are you experiencing right now? Grief-sone leaving home), letdown from the wedding situation, other stress?
Maybe its a comfort thing?
