Hmmm

How bad is it that I am dreaming about Double Stuffed Oreos and IHOP pancakes now?

Oooh, and Dairy Queen Blizzards!

Thank God for Saturday (free day with no exercise, no "eating right")!

Boy oh Boy can I relate. It was a major struggle not to stop by Jack in the Box and get a large order of natural cut fries..

You never know how much you will miss bread, potatoes, pasta, rice until it is gone :)

I should make up a country song about it.

I was dreaming about caramel the night before last. I don't even really like caramel but in my dream I did!
I was reading an article yesterday that said if you are going to splurge don't settle for anything less than a 10 i.e. if it's a brownie you want have the best brownie you can get your hands on. The idea being that if you have the really really really good one you will be more satisfied and less likely to eat more of it than you should. This weekend I'm going to have a 10 of something though I'm not sure what.

Aola, when you get the song done, post it here. LOL.

I don't know what I'm gonna do on my free day. In fact, praise the Lord, I'm not even tempted right now by my most favorite lunch at work - cheesy breadsticks. We have a pizza place by our store and they give a hefty discount, so I've had plenty of them. But, honestly, it doesn't even sound good. I am going to pray right now that God will give you strength to resist temptation and to sheild each of us from temptation. Okay?

Sounds good.

I know what you mean, the healthier I eat, the less this stuff tempts me. In the mouth--yummy. In the stomach and in my body--yuck.

I've noticed lately how much sweeter things taste now that I've cut out most of the sugar.
Like I drank some diet coke yesterday and it was soooo sweet.

Aola, same with me. It's like my taste buds have come to life or something. Weird.
